I never cease to be amazed by the imagination of others.

Christy from Daizy Design is the best facepainter I have come across – she really does create works of art. So it was no great surprise when she sent me through a few photos of her little girl Keira’s 5th birthday to discover a magnificent day, full of smiles, creativity and wonderful memories.

The invite was to join Keira in the garden for ‘butterflies and fairies, beetles and bees’. The detail of the day is amazing… not only did all of the little party goers get treated to having themselves made over as beautiful butterflies, they got to partake in butterfly craft, games and cake. The goodie bags were made up in organza bags and included a fairy wand each, and treats on the day included the beloved New Zealand favourite, fairy bread.
