competition terms & conditions

By entering any competition/giveaway promoted on www.babybites.co.nz, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

1. All competition/giveaway prizes and access to entry will be clearly stated on our Competitions Page
2. Only one entry is accepted per email address for any competition/giveaway unless otherwise advertised/promoted on www.babybites.co.nz
   
3. Competition/giveaway prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the countries that the competition entries are open to
   
4. All winners will be notified via the email address supplied by them and their name only published on our Previous Competition Winners page
5. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
6. Competition/giveaway prizes are not exchangable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
   
7. All draws will take place within 5 working days of the advertised date of the competition/giveaway closing
8. Unless otherwise notified because of delays out of our control or customization/personalization of products, all competition/giveaway prizes will be sent to the winner within 28 days of the advertised date of the competition/giveaway closing
9. In the case of a competition/giveaway question being asked as part of entry, the question must be answered correctly for a person to be entered into the draw
10. Entries will close at midnight NZT on the closing date stated
11. Baby Bites Limited and any associated competition/giveaway promotion company reserves the right to terminate the competition/giveaway without notice at any time
12. Entry into any competition/giveaway promoted on www.babybites.co.nz is considered consent to receive email newsletters and promotions from Baby Bites Limited
13. Baby Bites Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any competition/giveaway prizes being sent to the incorrect address if an incorrect address is provided by the competition/giveaway winner.
    
14. Baby Bites Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage caused to competition/giveaway prizes by any postal or courier delivery service used.
