The Holst name is one that is familiar in almost all New Zealand homes.  Whether you have one of Alison’s or Simon’s recipe books, or you watch them cooking up a storm on Good Morning, you are sure to know who they are.  Today we bring you a Christmas menu designed around some of the fabulous recipes they have featured on Good Morning.  It has a bit of a winter warmth to it – if you don’t feel like this one for summer Christmas, why not bookmark it for a mid-winter Christmas celebration.
