Superkids scroggin for the lunchbox!

Stuck for school lunchbox ideas? Get the kids in the kitchen cooking up storm with this delicious Superkids Scroggin recipe! It's quick and easy to assemble, and perfect to snack on for morning tea, lunch and afterschool-activities!  

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup oats

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup pretzel bows

1  cup sweetened dried cranberries or raisins

1/2 cup dried banana chips

1 cup dark chocolate bits

1 tsp butter

¼ cup honey

1 tsp cinnamon

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C. 
Place oats, and seeds in a roasting dish. Use your hands to mix in the butter, honey and cinnamon. 
Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Continue to cook for a further 10 minutes until oats/seeds are golden. Set aside and allow to cool.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
