I have very exciting news this week.  My little girl has started to read!  And Little Miss 4 is reading everything she can get her hands on.  She’s a little girl who really thrives on structure and routine, so I have downloaded these fabulous free reading log printables from Simple As That.  I am putting together a little box, which will have some simple books in there for her to read, and we can keep track of them in the reading log.  If nothing else, it will be a wonderful keepsake of her first reading experiences.

I’ve also downloaded the treat bag topper to make up a little treat bag to go into the box – we’re big on reward charts in this house, so her getting a treat when she fills a page will go down brilliantly with her.
