Fairy Gardens

Fairy Gardens - Do you believe in Magic?

I saw an image in my Facebook Newsfeed the other day that made me almost gasp.   It was accompanied by a caption reading: Fairy Garden.

I have a nearly 3 and a half year old who has reached that magical age where her imagination is infinite, the possibilities of adventure and reality limited only by her ever-growing mind.  Give her any object, some fresh air and a tutu and she is in la la land.  It’s refreshing to watch and makes me so happy.  Any parent or grandparent of a little one is sure to relate – the innocence of these little minds and the things they construct is a breath of fresh air.

I myself have not been blessed with green thumbs.  I have romantic notions of planting elaborate rose gardens, bursting at the seams vegetable plots and hedging to boot, but the reality is that I don’t enjoy being in the garden and my husband is not all that keen on maintaining that elaborate garden alone.  Something about these little fairies' gardens however has me thinking I could get enthused about dirt, plants and the like. Take a look at these gorgeous, gorgeous fairy garden creations and tell me you don’t agree.
