The lovely Camilla from TummyTie sent us a pack of her fabulous products to try. Being pregnant and already having tried similar products before, to say I was a bit dubious about how well they would work and how comfortable they would be is an understatement, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Simple and easy to use, the TummyTie is created to expand the length of time you can wear button up pants for. Made from elastic, it has a hole that goes over the button on your pants, loops through the buttonhole and then gets reattached over the pants button again. The TummyTie sits flat, so there’s no need to worry about bulky bits of fabric digging into your stomach, and while each pack contains an extra long TummyTie as well as two standard ones, the elastic does stretch so they should last a decent amount of time. They’re also a nice width made from high quality elastic, so there’s no need to worry about them snapping and leaving you with your pants down half way through the day!

We think they’re a fabulous idea for carrying in the handbag to relieve end of day tightness from your pants, or for allowing you to wear your favorite jeans for just that little bit longer (don’t forget you’ll need tops that are long in length or an inexpensive belly band for covering it up).
