With an infant coming up to the time to introduce solids, and a toddler that likes to play with their food (scrap that, throw it at her mother) more than eat it, it’s not really surprising that I’m on the hunt for decent information about establishing healthy eating habits. I’m also a big fan of stores that commit to being experts in one area, and dedicate themselves to not only offering fabulous products, but also offering informative articles in their area of expertise.
